Objective:
The main objective of this assignment is to apply what we have learned. Furthermore with Adobe Photoshop, the main idea of this assignment is for us to create a creative e-wallpaper of FOM Open Day based on what we have learned and studied till week 6 of this trimester.

Approaches:
So before I start on this assignment, I have been through a few senior's blog on this particular assignment, magazines, and as well as advertisement to enrich my knowledge and creativity.Besides that, not to forget the guidance from Dr.Ken and Ms.Lydia on giving me a better idea and creativity to accomplish this Assignment 1 task.

Next, I will move on to the approaches and the technique used to accomplish this assignment using Adobe Photoshop.

First of all, it all started when i decided to choose stacks of bricks as background of my e-wallpaper and set it in an A4 size for this particular task.



Next, I used Hue/Saturation to change it's colour to a little dark, so that it will look more natural and things can easily be blend into this background.

After Hue/Saturation adjustment has been made

Next on, is where picture that were chosen by me we dragged into the adobe photoshop and were edited using magic wand,lasso tool, and even marquee tool to crop the pictures and Multimedia University Logo.After it was edited I added some drop shadow into the wordings and frame the few particular pictures that I has chosen to use in this task.

Furthermore, by using the move tool, pictures are then moved and arranged according to my favour and for the next print screen, we can see that I started to put in the detail that was given in our course outline that is to accomplish a task of creating a e-wallpaper of FOM Open Day dated on 21st of March 2009. What I used in this part is where the text and even the pictures in this wallpaper was edited once more to show how everything to look more naturally.

(using blending option and then the underlying layer part was changed to make the wording and even the picture to look more natural and it looks like it is written in the wall itself )

Well after the adjustment, I used move tool to coordinate its formation and to adjust the things where I want it to be at.

Finally!!!! my wallpaper is done after two days of hardwork as there are many application to be used and to be explored in this Adobe Photoshop itself.

FOM Open Day 2009

From this assignment, I really have open up myself to the joy of photoshop. Although it might be kinda tough for such a beginner like me but finally once it was accomplished the satisfaction and the knowledge we learned is unimaginable =P
